Whole Grain Tortilla Chips Did I Eat Too Much Today?

Did I eat too much today? - whole grain tortilla chips

A piece of bacon, egg and flour tortilla with salsa, two cups of coffee without sugar cream.

A tuna sandwich with a little mayonnaise on whole grain bread and a dozen tortilla chips and a Diet Coke.

Bread is lost calories.

and exceeded the excess calories from fat at 195-241, but they do eat, eat, only 4 out of 5 balls of oil, so thats good.

gurl, I drank a twelve pack in an hour. which has more calories than you all together lol. Then eat what you eat lol.

No, not really. Unless it was rich in calories, do not think its much.
