Hello. Have you, or celiac disease or are suspected to do? Follow the links on the list, I for further information and a little help.

Gluten-free foods, there are relatively common, mostly in shops and health food stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Wild Oats. Some grocery stores regularly, but it is a much better selection you will find in a specialty store or natural foods store. Whole Foods has its own range of gluten-free food and let me tell U, cookies with chocolate chips are to die! Expenseive but soooooooo good.

I tend to shop online.
Here is my fave sites:
(Code word SILLY www.glutensolutions.com, the use in the reduction of 10%)
(www.glutenfree.com wide selection)
www.glutino.com
(www.amazon.com grocery section, ideal for buying in bulk, if u know u like something.)

According to frozen food to be expensive, try to buy the store. When u buy Frozn or a price to pay for shipping dry ice (usually 50-80 dollars for their JUST Shipping!), But the matter can be as much if you have a deepand freeze U know how we can use some frozen products, frozen transportation to be good. Kinninnick sell frozen everything, and is very good. Great pizza, bagels, bread (the best I ever found), cinnamon rolls and much more.

Otherwise, see the list of sites that I, and good luck! Let me know if someone help Ic more!

Dang! I know a lot about them because they are not gluten-free. My whole family except me is gluten-free.

Well first of all many health food stores gluten. There are also online stores with gluten-free foods. There is much hidden gluten, as is white vinegar, soy sauce, in many strange places. Please send us a message and I get more information. Today I am at work, so we do not have access to everything! You can also hide information about gluten visited my mother and I have some colleagues who are some good resources online. E-mail if you're interested! (You can send me an e-mail through answers:)).
